Systems Thinking Drives Excellence

Systems thinking is at the center of organizational excellence. For example, when leaders understand that they are part of a leadership system and it is from this platform on which they stand, then and only then, can can individual leaders lead to a set of system requirements.

As with any system, it must be designed to conform to a set of requirements. A water system is designed to a set of requirements. A data system is designed to a set of requirements. So must management principles and strategies. Leadership is a great example. Leadership is a system that must be designed to a set of requirements.
